The Fallen Angel

The Fallen Angel is a third piece of my three ladies. I continued with the same style, where I depict a mythological creature in the foreground and then add patterns to the background.

This angel emerges from the sea of illusion and initially, looking a bit static and confused, almost frozen in time. This confusion also showcases in slightly off centre composition. I didn’t want to add anything else this this image, but rather give the viewer opportunity for interpretation.
