Esure commission is the largest to date for me with 21 pieces. All of them are now exhibited across 3 Esure Group offices in Reigate, Manchester, and Glasgow.
I was challenged to produce artworks that complement all three offices and their various rooms, from open-plan offices to meeting rooms and private offices. My aim was to create striking pieces which are statement pieces, but at the same time blend in with the environment. And I must say, they are all quite large ones, 150 x 150 cm and 100 x 120 cm.
I produced artworks with a variety of styles, from Gerhard Richter’s squeegee’ style to Pollock’esc ‘dripping’ to a more fluid and also floral style.
